Random Wisdom

I ask of each Mason, of each member, of each brother, that he shall remember ever that there is upon him a peculiar obligation to show himself in every respect a good citizen; for after all, the way he can best do his duty by the ancient order to which he belongs is by reflecting credit upon that order by way in which he performs his duty as a citizen of the United States. — Theodore Rosevelt

Well Brethren,

As my last few hours as Master of Stonington Lodge wind to a close, I want to say how grateful I am for all of the Support you have shown me and how Happy and Excited I am to hand over the Lodge to WB Elect Washburn.

I know he will do a fantastic job as Master and I know the new line of Officers will give him all the support he needs.

See you in a few hours.

Thanks to all the Brethern who were installed as the 2010 Stonington Lodge Officer Corps. I believe the Installation of Officers went very well and was very well attended. It was good to see the side lines full of guests, friends and Brethern in support of the Lodge and its members.

Just a special note: The Rinbow girls are having a Mason/Father night on December 10th at 7:00pm and would like as many of us as possible to attend.
